living with authenticity & intention
Anyone have a baby gate you want to part with? I’m not ready for this.
And then… flat on the face.
A new high, and a new low.
Cloth diapers make the Pie look like J-Lo! The cruisin toosh is adorable!
yeah, we call that "cruisin' cushion" in the biz...
uh oh! I call this stage the beginning of the loss of parental control! When they are small and immobile they depend of you for everything! Once they conquer mobility, babies seem exponentially more independent and determined! Its great fun to see them growing up, but the independence is a bit sad too. Enjoy these lovely moments - and I know you do! :o)
oh-oh, I remember those days! look out, can climbing be far behind???MOV :)
i've been mourning the days when i could put her on the floor and have a reasonable expectation that she'd stay where i put her! waaaaah!and climbing is not far behind, she has been climbing over me in bed or if i'm laying on the floor for a while. yesterday she learned how to "crawl", which is in quotes because she does so on one knee and one foot. also, she is an expert at opening cabinets. commence babyproofing.
